All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and code, are the exclusive property of Vault Finance Global or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vault Finance Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vault Finance Global and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Massachusetts.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
